Highlights of What my Clients Like About Me
Realtors aren’t all the same! Choose one with the experience, education, tools and skills to exceed your expectations.
Growing up a farm girl taught me to dig in and persevere through tough jobs, but I had my sights set on city life, so I moved to Sacramento after earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting. Curiosity for real estate led me to two years of property management work in mid-town Sacramento before I settled down with public accounting and earned my CPA license. At the age of 26, I bought my first home in East Sac which was fixed up and flipped a year later with the help of my future husband. We settled in Granite Bay, and I helped him manage his business in Roseville while raising two kids. During that time, I worked in land development and rental properties before deciding I could no longer fight the real estate bug. With my attention to detail and keen appreciation for legal knowledge, I studied more and applied for my Real Estate Broker’s license.
Broad experience has been achieved by helping buyers and sellers with rural properties, condos, HUD homes, starter homes, move-up homes, fixers, new subdivision homes, and luxury properties. What is my favorite? All of them! The satisfaction comes in using my investigative skills to determine my customers’ wants and needs, my communication and negotiation skills to get into contract, and my organization skills to handle all the details until close of escrow. What is my specialty? Helping people with life-changing events like marriage, blending families, divorce, loss of a loved one, and empty-next downsizing. I have the empathy and patience to work with multiple parties to solve problems.
My business is built on referrals, and I look forward to exceeding your expectations and earning referrals to your family and friends. When I do have down-time, I read non-fiction books, paint watercolor, travel, cook, practice taekwondo, and volunteer at the school.
